Miranda Hoefert

Miranda Hoefert

President

Miranda Hoefert is the CEO of NextGen Electric, the visionary of her company who constantly seeks out ways to improve their internal process as well as community engagement. Miranda has a love for social media and the gift of collaboration making her an asset in Foundation. She is a big picture thinker that can identify the potential in any project. With over 15 years experience in the nonprofit sector, Miranda puts that knowledge and hard work to use in the Foundation, and has also launched another business in 2015, MH Consulting. There, Miranda can direct her passion for supporting individuals, businesses, and organizations in getting focused on setting and reaching goals and in mediation between co-owned businesses. During her free time, Miranda enjoys serving on community boards and enjoying outdoor activities with her husband and their daughter.
Jessica Anthony

Jessica Anthony

Treasurer

Jessica Anthony moved from Miami to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho at a young age attending elementary through high school education through the Post Falls School District. Jessica received an Associates of Science Degree from North Idaho College in 2009, a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Lewis Clark State College in 2011, then completed.a Masters Degree in Social Work through Boise State University in 2012. Throughout Jessica’s college education, internships through Head Start, and the Post Falls Elementary School district, provided experience working with children/families in an academic setting. Since 2014, Jessica has been employed as a Social Work/Certified Case Manager at Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest working with diverse populations of people who are experiencing various disabilities while providing assistance with coordination of care in the hospital, counseling support, and discharge planning.
Meagan Akers

Meagan Akers

Meagan Akers was born in Yakima, Washington, but has lived in North Idaho most of her life. Home schooled through childhood, she then attended North Idaho College, before deciding to become a licensed childcare provider. Meagan has successfully owned and operated her childcare business since 2008, and has built lasting relationships with many families over the years. In addition to having a heart for children, she is very passionate about dyslexia awareness, as her son, and several family members have severe dyslexia. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, party planning, and spending quality time with her husband and two children.
Russell Mann

Russell Mann

Vice President

Russell Mann is a native to North Idaho, graduating from Lakeland High School in 1997. He is the president of Premier Hosting, helping businesses with IT needs, and Bombastic Brewing, an independent craft brewery. With Trep Scale, he and his wife coach and teach entrepreneurs skills needed to succeed in business. He has volunteered umpiring Little League, and currently serves on the board of Wired2Learn Foundation helping students with dyslexia, and with the Coeur d’Alene Rotary. He enjoys traveling, cycling, hiking, Dodgers baseball, good beer and conversation.
